How To Make Finger Licking Good Ribs

1   Purchase back or side ribs from your local grocer
2   Remove ribs from packaging
3   Rinse under cold water
4   Place in rectangular roasting pan
5   Add 3 cups of water
6   Squirt your favourite BBQ sauce right on top of ribs (the more the merrier)
7   Add about a tablespoon of honey also to water
8   Sprinkle garlic salt and black pepper on ribs
9   Cover with reynolds wrap (ensure air tight)
10 Place in a pre-heated (400f) oven
11 Cook for at least 110 min. depending on quantity and also your oven (you can tell your ribs are
     ready for the grill, when you squeeze them and there is no resistance)
12 After 110 min., if done place on a hot grill, smother one side with BBQ sauce
13 Place sauce side down, since ribs are already cooked all you are doing is carmelizing the BBQ
     sauce and also charring the ribs to enhance the flavour
14 Crack open your favourite beverage and ENJOY!!!!!!!!
